Smaller projects may be completed within a few days, while larger or more detailed work may require additional time to ensure the highest quality results. Estimated timelines will always be discussed before work begins so expectations are clear from the start. Prices start at $30 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours on any project.

Quotes are provided based on the scope and complexity of each project. Pricing may vary depending on revisions, additional requests, expedited turnaround times, or changes made after work has begun. Payment terms will be discussed before the start of each project. Final files may not be delivered until full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Derico Digital Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel projects at its discretion.

Estimated completion times are provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on project size, workload, communication delays, or revision requests. While every effort is made to meet estimated deadlines, Derico Digital Studio is not responsible for delays caused by client response times, incomplete materials, or circumstances outside of reasonable control.

Reasonable revisions are included within the scope of most projects unless otherwise specified. Excessive revisions or major changes to the original project

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and project details
• Supplying high-quality images or files when possible
• Ensuring they have the legal right to use submitted content
• Obtaining photographer or copyright permissions when required

Derico Digital Studio is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized materials supplied by the client.

Clients retain ownership of their original photographs and submitted materials.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Derico Digital Studio retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, promotional, social media, or marketing purposes. Final designs, artwork, or edited files may not be resold, redistributed, altered, or claimed as original work by the client without proper authorization.

Final files will be delivered digitally unless otherwise arranged. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files. While Derico Digital Studio will store completed designs for a short time, they are not obligated to permanently store completed project files after delivery.

Due to the custom nature of creative services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Derico Digital Studio.

Derico Digital Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use of this website or provided services. All services are provided in good faith and with professional care; however, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.
